Cancellations & Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (except for items made specifically to your specification). You can email us spares@rssailing.com.

If you have contacted us to cancel your order before delivery, though your order will have been cancelled normal delivery cannot be interrupted, except possibly if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods or return them to our store or post the order back to us or contact us so that we can get it collected. Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return anything that you have bought from us, we are happy to exchange or refund a product as long as it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made in reasonable time normally 28 days or the end of January if it was a Christmas purchase, also it should be in original undamaged packaging. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on a item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items that have been specially made. Of course this does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.

Returns can be by: In store or Returned via post

Please include in the parcel:

Your name.
Contact details.
Order number.
Reason for the return.
Whether you require a replacement or a refund.
For larger items we can arrange a courier to collect the product you wish to return.
